The information on the Website is compiled from a variety of sources and are subject to change without notice from the City.

Any links or references to other web sites or organizations do not imply endorsement or approval by the City and are not intended to and do not imply partnership, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement of any application, entity or product. Use of any other web site linked to the Website is at your own risk and the City assumes no responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information on such other web sites.

Privacy Statement

Personal information as defined in the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), collected and recorded or submitted in writing or electronically through the Website related to planning application is collected under the authority of the Planning Act, and will be used by the City to review the application and may be used by the City for other municipal purposes. The City will not sell, rent, or trade any personal information you provide. Planning applications and submissions made by the public in relation to a planning application, including through the Website will be part of the public record and will be made available to the public, including posting on the Website and may also be posted on other webpages operated by the City such as www.brampton.ca.
